Quendalls offers a convenient subscription service for our homemade horse treats, ensuring your equine companion never runs out of their favorite snacks. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Billing & Payments

  • Your subscription will be automatically billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly).

  • Payments are processed using the payment method provided at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Subscription orders are processed and shipped based on your selected delivery schedule.

  • Shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipping date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

  • Cancellations made after this timeframe will apply to the following billing cycle.

5. Modifications & Pauses

  • You can update your subscription preferences, including skipping a shipment or changing the delivery frequency, by logging into your account or contacting us.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on subscription orders once they have been processed.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
