We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused or partially used. Your item is not eligible for a return if the contents are all used. If you received an item that was broken upon arrival please take a picture before fully removing it from the packaging if possible. A picture of the item broken outside of the package could give the impression that the item became broken during use at its final destination. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will be happy to send a FREE SHIPPING code to you so that you do not have to pay for shipping for your new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Quendalls Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Shipping Times

At Quendalls, we strive to get your horse treats to you as quickly as possible! Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via standard shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within [Specify Regions, e.g., the U.S. only].

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Lauren@quendalls.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
